I have been following an adorable family for quite some time now and they are in need of our prayers. MckMama's son, Stellan, was born with SVT...a rare heart condition. He is back in the hospital and things are not going so well right now. I can't image what they are going through. I know they will be trusting in God and looking to Him for strength.
